The counselor and treatment are great. This place will help you get ur life back on track. On the flip side financial ppl are the worst as well as the front desk. They are rude. I don't understand why they chose to wrk this job if they have close to no tolerance for a high volume of clients that need to be seen . This IS a Place where ppl seek help, Not to be Scolded when they (front office) lose ur paperwork. Word of advice every time u see Financial., KEEP ALL UR RECORDS BECAUSE THEY LOSE OR SIMPLY SAY U WEREN'T SEEN SO UR PAPERWORK IS NOT DONE. TAKE UR PATIENCE WITH YOU WHEN DEALING WITH THEIR FRONT DESK. They need TRAINING ON HOW TO SPEAK WITH PPL AND THEY HAVE NO EMPATHY . I FEEL LIKE THEY HAVE NO RESPECT FOR PPL WITH SUBSTANCE ABUSE PROBLEMS.
*** UPDATE AT BOTTOM ***Needs better management. My counselor truly cares, but the way the front desk is operated and the cleaniness of the bath rooms has really gone down hill. The attitude around here is, "who really cares anyway". At a center like this, we need people who truly care.... we would greatly appreciate people who smile on occasion. We need some sort of consistency in a world of inconsistency. ** UPDATE** 06/20/2018 ** I have noticed the bathrooms have been cleaned a little better and the graffiti on the walls has been painted over. The front desk personal has become a little nicer and smiles a little more. The Nurses and Doctor are wonderful. I can tell they are making improvements! Great step CFHC!!
They care what they do.
